Revamped Goodwill Location Set to Debut

Revamped Goodwill Location Set to Debut

Goodwill of Southern Nevada will officially re-open its remodeled Green Valley location at 1421 W. Warm Springs on Friday.

The store was remodeled and a Donation Center was added at their Green Valley location. The addition of a Donation Center not only allows Goodwill the ability to offer store customers the ease of shopping and donating at the same location, but also provides a more central donation location for Henderson residents.

The remodeled store is the first recipient of Goodwill’s newly upgraded point-of-sale cash register system, a system that will eventually be implemented in all eight Goodwill of Southern Nevada retail stores.  Additional upgrades to the store floor include: added store fixtures increasing the merchandise available for sale by more than 40 percent; new dressing rooms and restrooms; and a new look that communicates Goodwill’s mission.
