A Las Vegas man is under arrest in connection with two attempted robberies. Henderson Police say the man tried to rob two different convenience stores using a crowbar.
The Criminal Apprehension Team arrested 24-year-old Christopher Jimerson Wednesday. Police say on May 30, Jimerson walked into the Speedee Mart on Horizon Ridge Parkway pointed a gun at the clerk, ordered her to the floor and tried to open the safe. He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on two counts of attempted robbery, two counts of burglary with a deadly weapon and two counts of destruction of property.
