Seven People Facing Federal Charges for Marijuana Grow Operation | Crime

Seven people are facing federal felony drug charges for running three marijuana growing operations out of houses in the Henderson and Green Valley areas.
The grand jury handed down indictments for Bruce Rogat, 64, Daniel Pinsonault, 57, Mark Pinsonault, 49, Ezekiel Parraz, 30, and Eli Pinsonault, 81, all of Henderson. Jeremy Greene-Lewis, 31, and Candice Blackwell, 29, of Las Vegas were also named in the indictment.
The defendants are charged with several drug crimes, including maintaining drug-involved premises, manufacture of controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
According to the indictment, the operation started August 25, 2011 and continued until November 30, 2012. Prosecutors say the defendants conspired to manufacture at least 100 marijuana plants.
If convicted, the defendants face five to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $5 million.
