Pedestrian Killed While Crossing Street in Henderson | News

LAS VEGAS -- A pedestrian who was struck by a taxi cab Wednesday evening in Henderson, Nev., has died, Nevada Highway Patrol trooper Loy Hixson said.

The pedestrian was hit while trying to cross Sunset Road near a Wendy's restaurant about 6:30 p.m. The pedestrian, identified as a male from Las Vegas, was not in a marked crosswalk, Hixson said.
