Fall Youth Soccer Registration About to Start | Parents & kids

It’s not too early to get the kids registered for fall soccer leagues in Henderson.

Registration is open through Aug. 15 for the City of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department’s youth soccer league. Divisions include co-rec, boys, girls and VIP.

Online registration is available at cityofhenderson.com/parks. Mail-in registration forms are available in Henderson Happenings, the City’s guide to recreation and leisure activities, and online at cityofhenderson.com/parks.

Drop-off registration will be accepted at any city recreation center July 30-Aug. 15. Enrollment is $40 per player (ages 5-18,) with sibling discounts available. Practices begin the week of Sept. 3, with the season running from the week of Sept. 29 through early November.

People interested in becoming volunteer coaches should call 267-5717 or visitcityofhenderson.com (type ‘coaches’ in the search box.) City officials require all volunteer coaches to complete a background check, which is paid for by the city.
