Pizza Makers Re-Create True Taste of Italian Pizza

Bold chefs across the valley are trying to teach locals about a different and more authentic type of pizza.

When Brad Otten opened Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana in late 2005, his was sort of a lone voice in the wilderness. Sure, there were plenty of pizzerias in Las Vegas, but Otten’s was the only one that clung to the traditions of pizzaolos in Naples, Italy, the birthplace of the pizza.

Bonefish Grill Opens Restaurant at Town Square

A once-popular Green Valley eatery reappears in the middle of the valley.

After a four-year run on Eastern Avenue that ended in 2010, Bonefish Grill is giving Las Vegas a second chance with its new location at Town Square, a shopping and entertainment mall.

Daily specials are part of the menu at a new restaurant in Henderson.

Nacho Daddy is described on its menu as "An American Grill With A Mexican Flair" and, indeed, the selection of nachos, flatbreads, entrees and desserts keeps the Mexican roots of the food front and center.
