Dunkin' Donuts Opens New Store


Dunkin’ Donuts will open Friday its 15th location in southern Nevada, this one in Green Valley.

The store at10100 S. Eastern Ave. (near St. Rose Pkwy) will be open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. The shop will be giving away free medium hot or iced coffees to customers between Friday and January 20 - no purchase necessary.

In addition, between January 21 and February 4, the new Dunkin’ Donuts will be holding a food drive for Three Square. Customers who bring in two canned food items will receive a free medium hot or iced coffee.

Wine Cellar Offers Free Wine Tasting and Live Music

People can enjoy a fine wine and some music for free at the weekly Rock N Roll Wine Tasting Room & Sound Bar at the Hostile Grape inside M Resort.

There is no cover and wine tasting is free from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m Friday. Doors open at 5 p.m. Besides great wine, people will also hear Benton Paul perform. Paul has also performed at Bite of Las Vegas. There are new performers each week. The event is held every Friday except November 25 because of  the Thanksgiving holiday. 

Enzo's Makes Pizza Magic with Simple Ingredients

Restaurant critic says Enzo's serves up one of the best white pizzas in town.

Like we said in our last post, if this keeps up, criticizing the restaurant offerings in Henderson will cease to be our third favorite indoor sport.*

By “this” we mean good places to eat in Henderson, along that aggravating, overbuilt, crowded, confusing retail spine known as South Eastern Avenue.
